Founded in SEY 2805 after a merger between Hato Electronics Corporation and Musashi Lifestyle Design Unit, a branch of Acorn Limited, MISC primarily produces transport and industrial utility spacecraft such as the MISCĀ Freelancer and the MISCĀ Starfarer, but is also expanding into the racing market with the MiraiĀ Razor. MISC was one of the first companies in the United Empire of Earth (UEE) to enter into a technology and trade partnership with the Xi'an.
